maybe you should add some exclusive effects to each class so choosing a class actually makes a difference. It could be Knight classes could multiply level and monsterslain income by 125% Hunter classes would multiply gold and monsterslain income by 125% Mage classes would multiply magic income by 175% Time classes had multiply gold and magic income by 150%
or something like that.
